This beautiful Thai-style villa has two floors and is located in Coconut Grove on plot E3. The onsite shared free-form pool with underwater lighting features a built in whirlpool and childrenís plunge pool. An aerating waterfall allowing minimum chlorine levels feeds the pool and there is also a Nordic sauna available. A small gymnasium for use by residents is located nearby.

 

There is a car park and security at the entrance to the project. This completed project features only nine houses.

The lease in Coconut Grove runs until the year 2037. The current monthly charge for this plot is 10,500.- Baht per month. This is paid yearly in advance. This sum is adjusted annually on 1st July and is fixed to the inflation rate as published by the Bank of Thailand. House tax is 6,708 Baht per annum and is paid yearly in advance.

There is a car park and security at the entrance to the project and also a beautiful free form swimming pool.

Currently the monthly maintenance and service charge is 9,896.-Baht per month and is payable yearly in advance. This charge is inclusive of administration, environmentally friendly garbage disposal, security service, maintenance of the water and electricity supply within the project, house cleaning, technical checks, gardening and the swimming pool maintenance.

 

The house comes fully furnished, complete with telephone line and is available for rent at any time via our dedicated rental team.

The asking price for the property is 5,500,000.-Baht. There is a charge of 45,000- Baht to cover all other charges, transfer and lease registration fees at the land office.
